Programs

4U/5U KickStart Program:
A Parent Participation Program that will provide young players and their parents with a "pressure free" introduction to the game of soccer. Players will be exposed to soccer by playing simple, fun activities and small games in a pressure free, positive environment. The sessions are lead by a "Master Coach” who will direct Parents and Players in multiple activities.

6U-14U - Core Season
Our core program is the foundation for all the fun, excitement and learning that happens on the fields. AYSO is best known for our core program and it is where the large majority of kids fall in love with soccer and make memories that will last a lifetime.

16U-19U - Core Season
The 16U-19U Divisions have an accelerated season to conform to CIF regulations; practices for these divisions will begin the week of August 1st and games will begin in mid-August. Some U16-U19 games may be played out of the area and on some weeknights, Saturdays and/or Sundays.

6U-12U - Spring Soccer
The Spring Soccer program is focused on the further development of Players, Coaches and Referees in a more relaxed atmosphere. There are no records, standings or playoffs involved. Participants will have 1 training session per week and the teams will be formed each Saturday for games.

 EPIC Program
EPIC, standing for Everyone Plays In our Community.  A program that provides a quality soccer experience for children and adults whose physical or mental disabilities make it difficult to successfully participate on mainstream teams. If your child/children have special needs, please contact our VIP Coordinator, Robin Zink, at at  [email protected] for more information.

Goalkeeper Academy
The Quartz Hill AYSO Goalkeeper Academy is a program targeted at providing focused goalkeeping training to a select number of Quartz Hill AYSO players who are registered in the Core Fall Program. The program will consist of regular, weekly sessions throughout the Fall season conducted by Goalkeeping coaches with curriculum developed specifically for these age groups. Applications will be available once Fall Core teams have been formed.

Tournament Soccer
AYSO Tournament soccer offers players in the 10U age group and above the opportunity to continue to play after the regular season ends. Tournament teams are selected via a tryout process. Potential players are selected on their skills, sportsmanship, and effort during tryouts. Players that are selected for the team will be able to play from November until May/June of the next year. Their skills will advance tremendously. AYSO tournaments are competitive games played in various locations around Southern California. See the Tournament Teams page for more information.

AYSO Extra
AYSO Extra is a competitive year-long soccer program designed to provide a more challenging level of play for those players who possess the appropriate interest, skills and abilities necessary to compete at a higher level. AYSO's sixth philosophy, Player Development is a primary focus of the AYSO Extra program. See the AYSO Extra page for more information.

AYSO United SoCal
AYSO United SoCal - Antelope Valley is the registered program of AYSO United that operates within multiple communities in the Southern California area.
