FALL 2025 REGISTRATION IS OPENS April 1, 2025

Who:
All children born between January 1, 2007 and August 1, 2021
and VIP (Special Needs) Players of all Ages
(Age Map)

When:
Registration Opens - Saturday April 1, 2025

Online Registration is Required!
Online applications for the 2025 Fall Season can be completed on your Account Page and are REQUIRED both players and volunteers.

FALL SCHEDULE (Subject to Change):
• Registration Closes June 30th - Late Registration only if spaces left
• Coaches contact team players by August 11th
• Training begins for 16U, 19U and Extra on August 1st
• Training begins for 6U - 14U on August 11th
• 16U, 19U & Extra Matches Begin mid-August
• 6U-14U Matches begin September 6th
• Playground and Schoolyard Programs Begin on September 6th
• All matches and regional playoffs should be done before Thanksgiving.
• Play in December only if weekends cancelled due to weather.

*The Early Discount of $20 is applied at Check-out*

1		Fees include a $25 non-refundable AYSO National Membership Fee
2		SportsConnect collects a $2.75 Processing Fee per-transaction (not per-player)
3		Late Registrations will be only be accepted to fill Divisions or for Coaches willing to fill a vacancy.

WE NEED YOU

More than any season ever, we will need volunteers. The kids are ready to play, but we can't do that without Coaches, Referees, Team Parents and Board Members making that happen.

More than half of our volunteers get started each year with the in-person registrations. Due to the Coronavirus restrictions those can't happen this Spring. If you can help, please let us know. Click and Read the link below.

Cancellations \ Refund Requests:	Please review our Regional Refund Policy

Can I make Installment Payments?	• Generally, no. However, if you need assistance with paying for registration please contact the Registrar or see our Financial Aid Section below. • Fee Notice - SportsConnect charges a $2.75 fee for every transaction. This money does not go to AYSO and there is no way for us to disable or adjust it.

Can I pay I with Cash or Check?	• Complete your order in SportsConnect up to the point of the site requesting a payment. Please make a note of your order total, including the $2.75 processing fee. • It is strongly recommended to pay with a Credit or Debit Card. You may also purchase a Visa or Mastercard cash card to complete the registration payment. • The $2.75 SportsConnect Fee will still be required for Cash/Check Registrations as the Region still has to pay the fee when we apply your payment. • If you need to pay with Cash or Check, please contact us at [email protected]

Is Financial Aid Available?	• We do offer financial aid for those families that need it. • If you would would like to request financial aid, please complete the Spring Financial Aid Request form and contact the registrar once completed at [email protected]
